Pazu shares tips for safely using ChatGPT in Hong Kong. Due to restrictions, a VPN is necessary to access ChatGPT, and a foreign phone number is required for account verification. Instead of using unreliable web services, Pazu recommends obtaining an inexpensive SIM card from Giffgaff in the UK. He also suggests using prepaid credit cards like US MasterCard or Visa to overcome issues with overseas credit cards. By having these three components - a VPN, overseas SIM card, and prepaid credit card - users can ensure secure usage of ChatGPT. The speaker also highlights the importance of fact-checking the information generated by ChatGPT and not completely relying on it.
