</div>Web3.0时代造就了不少游戏诞生，而香港的代表之一，不得不提由天明娱乐（Aither Entertainment）开发的Apeiron《阿佩隆》。以Play-and-Earn模式为主打的Apeiron，去年更荣获香港资讯及通讯科技奖（HKICT Awards）获得数码娱乐大奖。至今估值 5,000万美元（近4亿港元），创纪录成为继 Animoca Brands 之后首个估值过亿的香港原创链上游戏 IP。&nbsp;游戏创办人之一，郑天进（Frank）接受CFTime专访时坦言，游戏成立8年来，香港的投资者对其兴趣只属一般，但乘Web3的在全球火热，吸引了全球的投资者，至今集资逾2亿美元。&nbsp;在大学修读经济，毕业后从事基金管理多年的郑天进提到，成立游戏公司的原因，除了从小喜欢打机外，刚巧遇上遇上手机游戏热潮，「决定做一样自己钟意慨事」。&nbsp;创业零经验、游戏行业零人血脉的他，决定从协会中入手，不断参加并在香港娱乐协会数码娱乐协会的活动，令他意识到手机游戏生命周期短，即使盈利丰厚，也难以长期维持团队和IP的发展，并认识到现营运总监施凌锋等人成立团队。&nbsp;在2021年初，郑天进受到Axie Infinity等区块链游戏启发，开始研究加密游戏的模式。有别于大部份 Play-to-Earn 游戏只是不断按键，缺乏游戏性，甚至只是以数张游戏截图就用来向投资者推介，「我哋系而是彻底重新设计游戏，令到渠同区块链技术和玩法相结合。」&nbsp;《阿佩隆》结合卡牌动作冒险对战游戏，玩家于宇宙高空建造行星，化身为游戏角色降落至地面，潜入地牢并揭开宇宙奥秘。玩家可持续建造及扩张，直至达到其星球上限为止。而去年1月，推出PvP竞技场并发行APRS代币，进一步将区块链技术融入数码娱乐。 《阿佩隆》更获ICT评审委员会评语：「卓越的产品品质；创新的web 3游戏。」现时游行平台每日登入人次达10万，成绩斐然。&nbsp;郑天进称，《阿佩隆》玩法在市场上也比较少见，这为他们赢得了投资者，以至之后及ICT评审青睐的关键。而他就早已料到，在Web3游戏领域，最终的竞争对手是Web2的传统游戏巨头。因此，他们选择了一条差异化发展的道路：避开了直接与热门游戏竞争的策略，而是专注于打造独特的游戏玩法和视觉风格，以吸引那些寻求新鲜体验的玩家。&nbsp;他续指，决定游戏的方向后，团队开始寻求融资，由于香港创投对Web3.0游戏兴趣只属一般，决定向海外创投着手，通过朋友的介绍，天明娱乐认识了W3GG（前称YGG SEA，为著名DAO YGG在东南亚设立的基金），并获得了他们的投资。融资后，YGG SEA更引荐了更多投资者和游戏公会，进一步扩大了他们的网络。&nbsp;受到Axie Infinity启发创《阿佩隆》 后更成投资者之一&nbsp;谈到融资策略，郑天进坦言，pitching除了筹集资金，更重要的是寻找合适的合作伙伴。如现时游戏吸引大量东南亚及南美玩家，关键之一是全球范围内寻找资金雄厚的基金和当地游戏公会，以便在游戏发行时获得支持和建议，并在当地建立社群。&nbsp;他续指，团队在选择投资者时非常谨慎，他们会仔细考察投资者的背景和资金来源，避免与缺乏经验或资金来源不明的投资者合作。他们更倾向于选择有经验且投资策略稳健的传统基金。而众多投资者中，韩国加密风投公司Hashed及Axie Infinity 的越南工作室 Sky Mavis作领投方，前者更是众多IP品牌的「造王者」，「渠对游戏未来发展有好大帮助」。&nbsp;但郑天进坦言，融资之路并非一帆风顺，2022年5月，Luna发生「暴雷」事件，演算法稳定币UST严重脱钩美元，引起市场连日的恐慌情绪。与UST对冲的Terra公链生态代币Luna更是连日大跌，更波及部份游戏的投资者。他指，幸好选择的投资方大多经验丰富且资金雄厚，因此受到的冲击相对较小，但事件严重影响Web3.0投资气氛。&nbsp;为此，团队也积极应对NFT市场的变化。更决定为不满意的NFT持有者提供退款。为巩固游戏品牌效应，游戏内的「吉祥物」Dood更成为重要的IP。郑天进解释，进军海外市场，由于广告费用高昂，一般会与当地寻求与发行商合作，而 IP 角色 Dood 亦可通过动漫、商品、电影节和授权展览等方式扩展 IP 影响力，降低用户获取成本。他总结指，单纯依靠市场热度无法持续发展：「Web3 游戏需要提供真正价值及游戏性。」&nbsp;近年NFT、边玩边赚游戏热潮减退，郑天进就认为，现时单纯依靠热度炒作的Web3游戏很难持续发展，如「打机只为了赚钱，当大家都抱着计算的心态在玩游戏时，就失去了游戏的本质」，「NFT唔应该只是等待市场回暖，而应该踏踏实实地做好游戏本身，」提升游戏品质，吸引真正的玩家。&nbsp;「我相信Web3游戏的未来仍然充满希望。游戏是连接Web2和Web3的最佳桥梁，它可以吸引大量用户。」郑天进明言，游戏取得成功，关键在于游戏开发者能否真正理解Web3的理念，并将其融入到游戏设计中。&nbsp;对于香港的游戏业界发展，他认为，整个电竞产业也面临一些问题，例如过度投资、成本过高等。电竞团队的收入模式也需要重新思考，不能单纯依靠赞助和奖金，「我相信游戏产业的未来仍然充满希望。关键在于如何打造真正好玩、有吸引力的游戏。」
